The companion app goes with the book re-Genesis. It is free on iPhone and Android, and it is built around three parts.

Inside the app

  • Today: a small prompt to meet the day with. Not a checklist, not a streak.
  • Practice: the Metamorphic Practice, broken into short sessions.
  • Journal: a private place to write what comes up and read it back later.

Private by design

The reader’s practice stays on their own device. The app has its own privacy policy on theunispienaar.com, next to the author site it belongs to.

This is what a companion app means here: a small app that goes with a book, a product or a website, and gives people a reason to come back to it every day.
