  1. Kick-off

    We talk on WhatsApp or a call about your business and what the site needs to do. I send a written quote, and you pay 50% to start.

  2. Design

    I design around your real content. You see the design and approve it before anything is built.

  3. Build

    I build it mobile-first, so it loads quickly on mobile data. You see it working before it goes live.

  4. Launch

    It goes live on your domain, in your own accounts. The second 50% is due at launch.

  5. Handover

    I show you how to edit it and hand over the logins. From here, you run it.

  6. 30 days

    Fixes are included for 30 days after launch.

Questions people ask

Who logs in to the hosting account?

You do. The hosting account is set up in your name, with your email address, and you hold the login. I only need access while I build the site and during the 30 days of fixes.

What does $0 hosting mean?

Your site runs on Cloudflare’s free plan, in your own account. For the kind of sites I build, that costs nothing a month. Your only running cost is the domain, about $12 to $20 a year, paid straight to the registrar.

Do I need to know code?

No. The parts you change often are set up so you can edit them yourself, and I show you how at handover.

What if I want changes later?

Fixes are included for 30 days after launch. After that, bigger changes are quoted separately, once-off, with no monthly fee.

Because everything is in your name, you’re also free to ask another developer to work on it.

I’m on Wix. Will I lose my Google rankings?

I move you off Wix with redirects from your old page addresses to the new ones, which protects your Google rankings. That’s included in the Business tier.

How long does it take?

About a week for a Starter site, two to three weeks for Business, and three to six weeks for Custom work like shops, bookings and apps.
